  • My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it.

Sometimes the USPS incorrectly marks the package as delivered before it actually arrives. When this does happen, your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but make sure to check with your neighbors or post office in the meantime.

If you still don’t receive your package within a couple of days, please email our customer care team within 14 days with your order number and tracking info so that we may assist you further.

  • Delivery

We know how important your order is, that's why we do everything to ensure you receive it as soon as possible! Sometimes unexpected delays may occur with the shipping company. Orders usually take 4-14 days for USA, 7-15 days for Canada.

 

  • Products and sizing

Most of our products have a corresponding size chart table that is used specifically for that product according to its manufacturer. 

 

  • How do I know my payment is secure

We only use secure transactions. You may check available payment options in the footer or on a checkout page.

 

  • How do I change or cancel my order

We try to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been placed, we cannot change or cancel the order unfortunately. Nevertheless, you will be able to return the items according to our return policy once your order has been delivered to you

 

  • I placed an order but never received a confirmation email

Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for you to get an email that your order has been received. Also, check your spam folder. If 24 hours have passed and you still haven’t received your email, please contact our customer care.

 

  • I placed an order but don’t see any updates

Please note it may take up to 24 hours for us to dispatch your order. Once it has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email notification, and another email once your order has been shipped.

 

  • Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation message via email. The tracking confirmation may take up to 48 hours to update.

One of our main goals is to advocate towards minimizing plastic waste and reducing damage that’s already done to the planet. With every purchase, we give back 5% to The Ocean Cleanup, a non-profit foundation, to help get rid of plastics in our world's oceans. While sustainability wears many hats and donating to a green organization is one of them, we are also advocating to minimize plastic waste, reduce, reuse, and recycle. As we grow, we have many plans and ideas how we can minimize our impact on the planet and partner with more green non-profit organizations.
